Before you travel to St. Lucia you need to do these 2 things:

1. All travellers 5 years and older must take a PCR test 5 days or less before arrival in Saint Lucia.

2. All travellers 18 years and older, regardless of their status (resident, non-resident, fully vaccinated or unvaccinated) must submit a travel registration form. The form you fill in depends on what kind of traveller you are. (Fully vaccinated, International Visitor and Nationals or Residents).

1. Must have The name, address and telephone number of the lab where the sample was taken.

2. Your CORRECT name.

3. Your CORRECT date of birth.

4. The date the test was done.

5. The type of test and the method of testing.

6. The result.

Fully Vaccinated Travelers

Fully vaccinated non-residents staying in certified accommodation: Complete the travel registration form as a non-resident, vaccine status will be verified by Port Health on arrival.

Fully vaccinated non-residents staying on a boat: Complete the travel registration form as a non-resident, vaccine status will be verified by Port Health on arrival.

Fully vaccinated non-residents staying with friends and family: Apply as a RESIDENT for STATE QUARANTINE and upload your vaccine proof in the hotel confirmation section. Submit your form a minimum of 48 hours before travel.

Fully vaccinated residents: Apply as a RESIDENT for STATE QUARANTINE and upload your vaccine proof in the hotel confirmation section. Submit your form a minimum of 48 hours before travel.

International Visitors

PRE – TRAVEL TEST: All arrivals to Saint Lucia (5 years and over) must have a negative result from a PCR test taken no more than 5 days before arrival.

TRAVEL REGISTRATION: All arrivals 18 years and older must complete a Travel Registration form online. Fully vaccinated travelers will enjoy expanded access to the destination. Travelers are considered “Fully Vaccinated” once two weeks has passed since the second dose of the two-shot vaccine or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Vaccine Cards must be presented on entry to Saint Lucia. Adults traveling with minors (17 years and younger) should include the details of the accompanying minors in their travel registration form. The travel authorization will cover the traveler and any accompanying minors listed on the form.

Nationals and Residents

FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS: Effective Monday, May 31, 2021 fully vaccinated travelers will not be required to go into quarantine.

TRAVEL REGISTRATION: Travel Registration forms for Residents/ Returning nationals must be filled out as early as possible, and a minimum of seven (7) days prior to arrival for unvaccinated travelers, and a minimum of two (2) days before travel for fully vaccinated travelers. PCR Tests must be completed within five days or less prior to travel and uploaded to your application for lab approval.

UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS: All returning nationals and residents who are not fully vaccinated will be required to remain in quarantine for 14 days. Quarantine arrangements must be approved prior to travel.

Arrivals By Sea

MARINE PROTOCOLS: All arrivals to Saint Lucia who are 5 years and older must have a negative result from a PCR test taken no more than 5 days before arrival. All arrivals who are 18 years and older must complete and submit an online Travel Registration Form prior to arrival. The requirements differ between traveler types, please ensure that you visit the relevant section of this site to understand the specific entry requirements if you are vaccinated or unvaccinated, or a visitor or a resident.

All arrivals Must adhere to all safety protocols in place throughout Saint Lucia, including wearing a mask in public. Shall be subject to mandatory screening and temperature checks at the port of entry and throughout your stay.

Do I need to be vaccinated to visit Saint Lucia?

No, you do not need to be fully vaccinated to visit Saint Lucia. You are reminded that all travelers 18 years and older, regardless of their status (resident, non-resident, fully vaccinated or unvaccinated) must submit a travel registration form, and all travelers 5 years and older must take a PCR test 5 days or less before arrival in Saint Lucia.

Where can I stay when I am in Saint Lucia?

Fully vaccinated travelers can book Covid Certified properties, including resorts, small hotels, Airbnb, and villas accommodations. Unvaccinated Travelers Non-Vaccinated travelers must have one of the following: 1. Verified reservations in COVID-19 certified accommodation 2. A confirmed reservation in a State Quarantine Facility 3. Approval for home quarantine.

How safe is it to get a taxi to the accommodation provider?

Perfectly safe – all ground transportation will be provided by certified operators.

Can I spend my vacation in a property owned by me or my family/friend?

Fully vaccinated travelers: Yes, you may stay in your home or with friends and family while you are in Saint Lucia. Unvaccinated Travelers: No, unvaccinated travelers must stay in COVID certified accommodation. This includes (but is not limited to) resorts, small hotels, Airbnb, apartments and villas.

Are NHS tests acceptable?

No, NHS PCR tests are not acceptable for travel to Saint Lucia. You must secure a PCR test result from a commercial laboratory and upload the results to your travel authorisation application. PCR tests for travel are now widely available in the UK.

What measures are in place to protect visitors?

From arrival into Saint Lucia, at the airport, the airport transfers (ground transportation), and the stay at the hotel – throughout the visit guests are being cared for. Public health protocols including (though not limited to) physical distancing, regular temperature checks, wearing masks and enhanced hygiene measures will be observed.
